JULY 4th
PARKING: You can park on our neighborhood streets (as it's a holiday).

fun & games
Feel free to bring balls, frisbees, kids' toys etc...

backyard barbecue
We will have food for vegetarians!
If you live in town and like to BAKE, we welcome you to bring a dessert. (We'll have watermelon and ice cream bars, but who doesn't love a homemade dessert? :-)
Dave and Tien-Yi would also like to welcome anyone who feels so moved to give a short, informal "mini-toast" during the bbq.

fireworks by the charles
We have chartered a school bus to take us from our house down to the fireworks! So no worries about beer consumption or parking hassles.... just hope for good weather! The bus will drop us off down by the Kendall T and pick us up after the show is over. (So if you're driving, just leave your car at our house. If you took the T, you can get home from Kendall T, or our school bus will make a stop in Harvard Square)

JULY 5th
wedding ceremony & reception

PARKING: We recommend that you park at the University Place Garage (see MAP). The entrance is at the end of University Road, off of Mt Auburn Street. Cost is $8 with validation (restaurant will stamp your ticket), and it is close walking distance to Longfellow Park. Note that University Place Garage is past the Charles Hotel Garage (which is much more expensive). Locations of other garages can be found here.

WEATHER: In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held at the restaurant, Upstairs on the Square, at 6pm sharp. We will know by 12pm if there is a change of venue. Call 617-868-0331 if you are unsure of where to go.

JULY 6th
brunch

We will be in the upstairs room of Christopher's restaurant. Parking can be found on Mass Ave (meters are off), residential side streets (no permit needed on Sundays), or possibly in the lot of the shopping plaza across the street (2 hour limit).
